115 Christmas Scrapbook Papers to Print at Home
Christmas paper is easy to buy and hard to choose. A set may hold twelve sheets or forty-eight, red and green or navy and gold, plain patterns or little scenes, and the cover picture tells you little about how the sheets will look on a page.
Here are seven sets of Christmas scrapbook paper, 115 sheets in all, grouped by style. For each one you will find what is on the sheets, how many there are and what kind of page they suit.
Quick answer: for Christmas scrapbook paper, choose one set by mood: parchment or vintage scenes for old-fashioned pages, blue sets for a calm winter, peppermint and lights for bold ones, botanical watercolor for quiet ones. Print a few sheets at home and keep the rest for the next page.
Seven sets of Christmas scrapbook paper
1. Vintage and parchment

These two sets are for pages that look like they came out of a trunk. The parchment set is for pages with words, the vintage set for pages with scenes.
Some sheets of the 48-sheet set are patchworks of small squares, which can be cut apart into a dozen little pictures for tags and corners.
2. Blue winter

For people who find red and green too loud, blue gives a Christmas page that still looks like winter. The two sets below share navy and light blue, so sheets from both can sit on one spread.
In the blue set many motifs come twice, light and dark, so you can pair a pale sheet for the page with a dark one for the mat.
3. Bold peppermint and lights

This one is cheerful and graphic: peppermint candies, strings of lights, “ho ho ho” lettering, polka dots, a chevron and stripes in red, green and light blue. Each motif has a light and a bold version, so a busy sheet can be paired with a plain one.
4. Quiet botanical

Three watercolor patterns with winter bouquets on white: red poinsettia, cotton bolls with pine and eucalyptus with soft peach flowers. They share greens and greys, and the white ground leaves room for handwriting.
5. Little scenes and characters

Cats in wreaths, dachshunds by the tree, a snowy village, a baking kitchen, farm animals and two pastel sets with reindeer and gingerbread. Each pattern is a small world, so one sheet is enough for a page about the pets or the baking day.
How to choose among them
- You write a lot on the page: choose parchment or botanical, where the middle is plain.
- You have a busy photo: choose a calm blue sheet, or the botanical one, for the background.
- You want a children’s page: choose peppermint and lights, or the characters.
- You want one set for the whole album: choose the 48 vintage sheets, with the widest range of motifs.
Printing Christmas paper at home
- Most sets are 12 × 12 inches. On a Letter or A4 printer choose “Fit to page” for the whole sheet at about 8 × 8 inches.
- The blue winter set is upright, about 6 5/8 × 10 in at 300 DPI per sheet, so it fits a half-letter or A5 page without cutting.
- Parchment sheets have decoration in the corners; use “Fit to page” so the corners are not cut off.
- Print a test sheet first, then the rest of the set. Dark sheets use more ink, so print them last.
- Glue with a glue stick or double-sided tape; wet glue can wrinkle inkjet prints.
Questions about Christmas scrapbook paper
How many sheets do I need for an album?
For a small album, a dozen sheets are enough: one for each page and a few for mats. A 48-sheet set gives you spare sheets for several albums.
Can I use the same paper for cards and gift wrap?
The designers list scrapbooking, cards and other paper crafts for these sets, so a spare sheet can be cut for a card front or a small box.
Is red and green the only Christmas colour scheme?
No. Blue, navy and gold, or soft botanical greens and greys, make a calm page that still reads as winter.
When should I print?
In November, so the pages are ready for the first of December and you fill them during the month.
