What to write about
- A problem on a page. A broken link, a wrong sheet size, a set that turned out different from what the page says. Send the page address and we will check it and fix or remove the page.
- A theme you are looking for. A season, a colour, a style for your journal. If it is missing here and you would print from it, tell us: such messages decide what we add next.
- A tool that misbehaves. If the Template Maker or the Idea Generator gives a strange result, tell us the size you typed in and the device you use.
- Your own designs. If a set of yours is shown here and you want the page changed or removed, we will do it within 48 hours. If you would like your sets to be added, send a link to your shop.
How fast we answer
Usually within one or two working days. We read everything, and we do not pass your address to anyone.
Before you write about a download
The files are hosted by their designers on Creative Fabrica, not by us, so the download itself happens on their side. Questions about an account, a trial or a payment there go to Creative Fabrica’s own support. If a page on PNG DIY describes a set wrongly, that one is ours: send us the page address.
