Type a size and get a printable template: envelopes, journal pockets, tags, mini folders and corner tucks. Print it on the back of any patterned paper, cut on the solid lines and fold on the dashed ones.
How to use the template maker
- Pick a template and type the size you need, in inches or centimetres.
- Choose your paper. The template turns itself to fit, and the maker tells you how many copies go on one sheet.
- Download the PDF and print it at 100% (“Actual size”). Check the line at the bottom of the sheet with a ruler before you cut.
- Print on the back of patterned paper, or print on plain paper and trace. Cut on the solid lines, fold on the dashed lines and glue the tabs marked “glue”.
What each template is for
- Envelope. For cards, letters, gift cards, cash and seed packets. Enter the size of the closed envelope, about 1/4 inch (6 mm) bigger than what goes inside.
- Pocket. The junk journal pocket with glue tabs on three sides and a straight, slanted or curved top.
- Tag. Classic, rounded or arch, with or without a hole for string. Small tags print several to a sheet.
- Mini folder. A little file folder with a tab for notes, tickets and ephemera.
- Corner tuck. A triangle that sits in the corner of a page and holds a photo or a card.
Good to know
The templates are free and nothing is uploaded: every line is drawn in your browser. The PDF is made for Letter, A4, Tabloid and A3 paper. If a template does not fit your sheet, the maker says so and you can make it smaller or pick larger paper.
